Biogas Power Plants
Home / Project Detail

Biogas Power Plants
Biogas power plants are power plants that operate with the aim of producing energy from wastes that will decompose and disappear in nature. Biogas power plants produce a significant amount of electricity. Of course, these wastes are subjected to some techniques to generate electricity. The wastes are kept in designated places and electricity is generated from the resulting methane gas. These plants, which are established in the waste storage areas of cities, generate a significant amount of electricity.
Biogas is produced from garbage. When biogas is burned, the gas that gives energy is methane gas. Natural gas and biogas contain methane.
Electricity generation from biogas is achieved after certain processes and procedures.
Biogas, by definition, is the conversion of organic waste into usable gas. Organic matter is converted into carbon dioxide and methane gas. Plant waste and animal fertilizers are used.
